Here you will learn the foundations of sale starting with a tailored two week Sales Induction Programme on joining. From there, you will be given the on-going tools and support to thrive in your role and eventually progress into more senior roles such as Account Manager, all the way through to Sales Team Manager!</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">Our Account Executive roles are phone based and are the first point of contact with our Borrowers; speaking with them frequently during their Funding Circle journey. Every day you will speak to a diverse range of SME business owners to gain an understanding of their business, find out about their goals and explain how Funding Circle can help in achieving them.</p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Working with warm leads to generate new opportunities through business development of existing Funding Circle borrowers (c.60-80 dials per day)</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Establishing instant rapport with your customers via telephone & email to cultivate successful relationships</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Pitching the Funding Circle proposition against alternative funding options available</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Managing a high-volume, fast-paced pipeline; supporting your clients through each stage of creating an application</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Being responsible for your own monthly target and continuously developing & improving your approach to help you get there</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em
