Come and build with us.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">🎯 Your main goal will be to help build a lean, AI-native accounting function at n8n, owning core accounting operations while using automation and AI to make our processes smarter, faster, and more scalable.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">You’ll report to our Head of Accounting & Tax, working alongside an experienced team where you’ll have real ownership from day one and the opportunity to expand into new areas as we grow.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">Here's how you'll make an impact:</p><h3>Own Procure-to-Pay & Expense Operations</h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Manage the end-to-end P2P process in Ramp, from invoice intake and coding to approval follow-ups and biweekly AP payments, ensuring strong controls.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Improve AI-assisted coding, automation rules, and exception handling to reduce manual work and keep transactions accurate.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Support colleagues with expenses, reimbursements, and corporate card questions, resolving issues efficiently.</p></li></ul><h3>Deliver Accurate Accounting & Month-End Close</h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Own assigned OPEX, card spend, accruals, prepayments, fixed assets, journal entries, and balance sheet reconciliations.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Partner with FP&A to ensure accurate GL and cost-center coding, timely financial information, and a reliable month-end clo
