AI Phone - Product Lead

This is a mission critical for rest of the world to adopt intelligence.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">There are over 5 billion people using everyday applications such as email, messaging, notes, tasks, and calendars, yet most are not AI-native. Our mission is to build proactive applications and devices that bring intelligence into daily conversations, coordination and workflows, with minimal prompting.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Focus:</strong> AI-native phone experience, user workflows and product direction.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Define the overall product experience for the AI-native phone.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Identify high-value everyday workflows where AI can meaningfully improve the user experience.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Define how users should interact with AI across the OS and different applications.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Identify opportunities for proactive assistance and contextual interactions.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Translate product ideas into clear requirements for engineering.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Work closely with Android and AI teams to evaluate technical feasibility.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Prioritize product capabilities for the first prototype and eventual launch.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Conduct user research and validate interaction patterns.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Ensure that AI capabilities feel natural and effortless rather than requiring users to learn entirely new interaction patterns.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2><strong>Requirements</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong product management experience, ideally with consumer mobile or platform products.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience building and launching products from early stages.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong understanding of mobile UX and user behavior.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Ability to translate ambiguous product ideas into concrete requirements.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong technical understanding and ability to work closely with engineers.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Good product judgment and prioritization skills.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2><strong>Nice to have</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience with AI assistants, agentic products or productivity applications.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience with operating systems or mobile ecosystems.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience with voice interfaces and proactive experiences.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">E
