Based in Paris, Lithosquare gathered an exceptional team of geologists, scientists, AI engineers, and data specialists to work as one, from field sampling to model optimization, and push the boundaries of what's possible.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2><strong>About the job</strong></h2><p style="min-height:1.5em">As an <strong>Asset Strategist</strong> at Lithosquare, you are the catalyst bridging complex geoscience, foundational AI, and high-stakes executive decisions. You will own the end-to-end impact of our partners’ engagements, embedding with top mining operators to transform real-world geological data into high-value mining assets.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">You will operate directly at the intersection of technology, physical operations, and energy-transition strategy. Working alongside geologists, data scientists, and external leadership, you will serve as the primary driver for project velocity and value creation.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2><strong>What you'll do</strong></h2><p style="min-height:1.5em">Reporting to the VP Asset Development, your main responsibilities will include:</p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Drive partnership deployments:</strong> Own the overall operational execution of exploration partnerships, ensuring Lithosquare’s AI outputs and geology expertise translate directly into high-confidence target prioritization, accelerated field discovery and the development of valuable mining assets.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Lead multi-disciplinary squads:</strong> Organize cross-functional internal teams of geologists, data scientists, and AI engineers to deliver exploration roadmaps aligned with critical partner milestones.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Build strategic trust:</strong> Develop advisory-level relationships with partner executives and field operations teams, navigating complex organizations to identify strategic expansion opportunities.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Accelerate the product loop:</strong> Feed operational challenges and geological edge-cases back to our core R&D teams to continuously evolve our AI platform.</p></li></ul><h2><strong>What we are looking for</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>5–7+ years of high-impact experience</strong> in top-tier strategy consulting, tech deployment strategy, or mining project development.
