The BLP Academy happens in person, and so does this role: you are in the room with our clients for every cohort.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2>Your Mission</h2><p style="min-height:1.5em">You run the room. Two to three days in Zurich that set the tone for every implementation that follows.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">Before a project kicks off, our clients send the people who will carry it, their BLP Champions, to the BLP Academy. They learn hands-on on our platform, work through real project scenarios, and meet peers from other enterprises facing the same challenges. Across 1,300+ projects, the customer team has made the difference between a smooth and a slow implementation, so these days matter.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">You make them count. You welcome every participant, run and own the sessions, and set the energy in the room from the first coffee to the last evening. You bring in our BLP experts for deep dives and make sure their expertise lands. Our clients go home certified, connected and ready for their implementation, after an unforgettable few days in Zurich.
