With recent recognition as PayTech Company of the Year, a place among Deloitte's Top 50 Fastest Growing Tech Companies in the UK, and significant VC/PE investment, we're one of the fastest-scaling companies in the country.<br /><br /></p><h2>The role</h2><p style="min-height:1.5em">Hozah is scaling rapidly and we're looking for a commercial, hands-on CFO to be the right hand to the CEO and a partner to the wider leadership team. This is not a back-office, keep-the-books role; it's a seat at the top table. We want someone who changes how the business thinks about its numbers, its unit economics, and where growth is coming from.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">You'll use your knowledge of financial and data technology (e.g. Snowflake, BigQuery, Omni, Looker, Metabase) to build the FP&A and forecasting capability the business needs to scale with confidence, and give the CEO, the Board and our investors a clear, forward-looking view of the business.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">This role goes beyond reporting and analysis. You'll be directly involved in the company's most important commercial decisions, partnering with the CEO and commercial team on negotiations, investment decisions and strategic initiatives. You'll help win deals, not just measure them.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">We want someone pragmatic and front-footed: comfortable rolling up their sleeves, able to explain the big picture and the detail at the same time, opinionated about where value is created, and excited to use AI to make finance faster, sharper and more strategic.<br /><br /></p><h2>What you'll own</h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Being the CEO's right hand on all things financial, commercial and strategic</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Bringing rigour and a fresh lens to growth decisions</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Commercial deal-making support: pricing, contract economics, and the numbers behind new site and client decisions</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Building and owning budgeting, forecasting and FP&A</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">The forward-looking board pack and investor reporting that leadership and shareholders use to make decisions</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">The KPIs and financial dashboards that connect day-to-day operations to financial outcomes</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Cash flow, capex, working capital and scenario planning as the business scales</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Building, leading and developing the finance team, including growing existing talent toward more senior roles</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">The processes, controls and systems a scaling business needs,
