We are seeking an exceptional Chief of Staff to join our executive team at a pivotal moment in our growth. Reporting directly to the co-CEO, this highly strategic role sits at the intersection of strategy, business management, and leadership, driving Moonfare’s most critical initiatives, from embedding AI across the business to guiding our transformation into a premier Asset Manager. This is a hands-on role: you’ll move from advising on strategy to delivering it yourself, rolling up your sleeves to make things happen.</p> <p><strong>You will:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead and coordinate high-priority, company-wide initiatives from conception to execution</li> <li>Prepare and orchestrate the bi-weekly ExCo run and change meetings</li> <li>Drive and project manage strategic priorities including Moonfare’s evolution into an Asset Manager</li> <li>Act as a trusted advisor to the co-CEOs and ExCo, applying first-principles thinking and analytical rigor to structure complex challenges and deliver actionable insights</li> <li>Shape and manage the executive operating rhythm: leadership offsites, board preparation, and critical business reviews</li> <li>Support board, investor, and partner engagements, ensuring clear, compelling communication of Moonfare’s strategy and progress</li> <li>Serve as a connector across departments and geographies, enabling alignment and seamless execution of Moonfare’s vision</li> </ul> <p><strong>The next Moonfarian:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 3–4 years of significant experience in a top-tier management consulting firm or senior strategic leadership role</li> <li>Proven success leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives in dynamic, complex environments</li> <li>Exceptional problem-solving skills, combining first-principles thinking with a highly analytical, data-driven approach</li> <li>Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities, with the gravitas to influence at all levels</li> <li>Background in financial services, asset management, or FinTech is advantageous but not required</li> </ul> <p><strong>If you feel you do not meet all of the requirements, we still encourage you to apply!</strong></p> <p><strong>Invest in yourself:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Ownership and Impact: </strong>You
