In August 2026, Notion Capital and HV Capital doubled down with a new <strong>$25M round</strong>, bringing our total funding to <strong>more than $85M</strong>.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Our mission:</strong> Connect every employee to everything they need in one touch.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h3><strong>What you can expect with us</strong></h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Hands-on Customer Success & Account Management: </strong>You will support our Customer Success team in day-to-day customer interactions and learn how we strategically guide customers, solve challenges, and achieve shared goals.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Assistance in System Optimization: </strong>You will actively contribute to the setup, customization, and optimization of our employee apps, helping to tailor solutions to customer needs.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Training & Enablement Materials: </strong>You will create and refine onboarding and training materials (e.g. guides, presentations, best practices) that enable our customers to get started successfully..</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Event Organization:</strong> Prepare customer meetings, interactive workshops, and energizing kick-off events.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Involvement in Success Stories:</strong> Gain insights into the design and evolution of our extensive collection of success stories, and contribute creatively to the planning of concepts.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Experimenting with </strong><em><strong>AI</strong></em><strong> & New Tools: </strong>You will have the opportunity to experiment with <em>AI</em> tools - for example, to create content, analyze customer feedback, or optimize internal processes - and actively bring in new approaches.</p></li></ul><h3><strong>What you bring with you</strong></h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Currently studying or recently graduated (Bachelor's or Master's) in business, STEM subjects, economics or related disciplines</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Available for 6 months, starting as soon as possible</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Ideally first experience in Customer Success, consulting, project management or SaaS.
