You will lead a team of senior sales professionals while developing your own opportunities, leading from the front to demonstrate best practice, deliver results and raise your team’s commercial capability.</p> <p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 6pt; font-size: 10.5pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">The location is remote, with regular travel to our London office, university campuses and sector events.</p> <p style="margin: 15pt 0cm 6pt; font-size: 10.5pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"><strong><span style="font-size: 13.0pt;">What you’ll do</span></strong></p> <p style="margin: 10pt 0cm 4pt; font-size: 10.5pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"><strong><span style="font-size: 11.0pt;">University partnership growth</span></strong></p> <ul style="margin-top: 0cm; margin-bottom: 3.0pt;"> <li style="margin: 0cm 0cm 3pt 0px; font-size: 10.5pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">Own a personal pipeline of new universities, from first conversation to signed contract.</li> <li style="margin: 0cm 0cm 3pt 0px; font-size: 10.5pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">Lead complex sales involving directors and C-suite leaders across multiple departments, helping clients make informed purchasing decisions.</li> <li style="margin: 0cm 0cm 3pt 0px; font-size: 10.5pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">Drive conversion through university buying cycles, including frameworks, tenders and business cases.</li> <li style="margin: 0cm 0cm 3pt 0px; font-size: 10.5pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">Negotiate commercial terms and close deals that build sustainable, long-term client relationships.</li> </ul> <p style="margin: 10pt 0cm 4pt; font-size: 10.5pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"><strong><span style="font-size: 11.0pt;">Team leadership</span></strong></p> <ul style="margin-top: 0cm; margin-bottom: 3.0pt;"> <li style="margin: 0cm 0cm 3pt 0px; font-size: 10.5pt; font-family: Arial, s
