Field and ABM Manager, Europe
<p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">As a Field and ABM Manager at vCluster Labs, you aren’t just running events; you are the person who makes vCluster Labs the name Europe’s AI cloud builders know. Europe is where sovereign AI is being built, from regional AI clouds and telcos launching GPU services to governments that need data to stay local. You’ll own account-based and field marketing for every target AI cloud and enterprise account in Europe, and you’ll support Middle East and APAC accounts until those regions have dedicated coverage. The 2027 plan, the account list and strong product marketing, DevRel and ecosystem teams are already in place. You’ll be one of the first hires on the growth team that brings it to life.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>As a Field and ABM Manager, your role will include:</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Account-Based Marketing:</strong> You will run ABM by tier. For our highest-priority European accounts, you’ll build 1:1 plans with AEs that include an executive sponsor, a custom business case, personalized pages, direct mail and invite-only dinners. For the next tier, such as sovereign EU clouds, NVIDIA Cloud Partners and telcos, you’ll run 1:few campaigns and adapt each quarterly campaign kit to European languages, regulations and buying processes.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>The Sovereign AI Cloud Story:</strong> You will own the regional program for our Q3 sovereign AI campaign, built around RAISE Summit Paris. You’ll run roundtables and briefings on data residency and tenant isolation at the infrastructure layer for the buyers who care most about them.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Field Marketing & Events:</strong> You will plan and run executive dinners, roadshows, workshops and co-hosted events with NVIDIA, OEMs and ecosystem partners. You’ll turn KubeCon Europe, MWC Barcelona and ISC Hamburg into Tier 1 meetings and VIP dinners, and you’ll measure every program by how it moves accounts forward.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Buying Groups & Thought Leadership:</strong> You will reach the economic buyer, technical decision maker, champion, product owner and gatekeeper in every account, each with a message built for their role and market. You’ll put our executives, engineers and customers in front of European buyers through panels, roundtables and local media. You’ll also work with Content and Product Marketing to adapt assets for European audiences.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Sales Partnership & Measurement:</strong> You will agree on target accounts with European AEs and SDRs every quarter. Every touch gets a named follow-up owner and an SLA, and every high-intent event signal reaches an AE within two business days. You’ll track account progression weekly and program ROI quarterly, then scale what works and stop what doesn’t.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Early Impact:</strong> In your first 30 days, you’ll lock Tier 1 account plans with Sales and map the European field calendar for the first half of 2027. Within two quarters, every Tier 1 account in Europe will have an engaged buying group of 3+ roles and your field events will hold a 50%+ show rate. By the end of 2027, RAISE Paris and the sovereign campaign will have produced named Tier 1 and Tier 2 meetings and opportunities.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>This role could be a fit for you if you bring:</strong></p><
