We are now entering a new phase of international expansion, industrial scaling, fundraising, and product development.</p><div style="min-height:1.2em;margin-top:0px;margin-bottom:0px"> </div><h2><strong>Role & Mission</strong></h2><p style="min-height:1.5em"><br />You will be the operational backbone of Alta Ares' field demonstration team — ensuring that every client and partner demonstration runs flawlessly, from equipment preparation through to mission debrief.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><br />On the ground, you are the go-to support for pilots, operators, and engineers: handling logistics, setting up and dismantling demo sites, keeping the equipment fleet in condition, and solving problems on the fly. Your versatility and resourcefulness set you apart — you move seamlessly from a hardware check to a client interaction, from a flight case to a transport declaration, without losing pace or precision.</p><div style="min-height:1.2em;margin-top:0px;margin-bottom:0px"> </div><h2>Key Responsibilities</h2><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Demonstration Preparation</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Prepare and verify all equipment before each mission: drones, ground control stations, batteries, and tooling</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Pack into flight cases and conduct pre-departure checks</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Keep inventories accurate and up to date</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Checklists & Continuous Improvement</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Own the operational and equipment checklists — execute them on the day</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Update checklists after each mission based on field feedback</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Formalise and improve processes continuously</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Logistics & Transport</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Organise outbound shipments and equipment returns</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Prepare all transport documentation and coordinate with carriers and the supply chain</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Ensure material arrives on time and in compliance with applicable regulations, including for sensitive or dual-use equipment</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Field Deployment</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Install and strike the demonstration site</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Support pilots during flight o
