Wider UK candidates considered. </p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Number of Positions: </strong>2</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">As Finance Manager, you’ll report to Reshma Nangpal and work closely with the broader finance team, including other Finance Managers, to deliver accurate, timely month-end accounting and financial control. This is a hands-on role covering bank and PSP reconciliations, sportsbook and casino revenue accounting, gaming duties and revenue-share payments. You’ll partner with Data, Compliance and Commercial teams, strengthen scalable processes and support Midnite’s growth across entities and markets. We’re hiring two people, with flexibility for mid-level and more senior accountants.</p><div style="min-height:1.2em;margin-top:0px;margin-bottom:0px"> </div><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>You will:</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Deliver key aspects of the monthly close accurately and on time, including accounts payable, supplier invoices, staff expenses and company credit card reconciliations.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Perform and review bank reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, post bank fees and update month-end FX rates.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Own PSP reconciliations and monthly journals, matching settlement and transactional data to accounting records.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Maintain reconciliations for deferred revenue, player balances, prepayments and fixed assets, and accrue key supplier costs.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Prepare sportsbook and casino revenue journals and reconcile revenue and cost of sales to source data, including promotional deductions and adjustments.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Verify and accrue contractual revenue-share payments, share monthly data with casino suppliers and reconcile it to internal records; manage international partner revenue-share receivables and invoicing.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Calculat
