This is creator marketing at scale. We combine great people, technology and AI to make creator marketing smarter, faster and more effective.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">You'll have access to our own platform and tools to manage everything from casting and outreach to contracts, payments and reporting.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">You'll take ownership of campaigns in your market, work directly with client stakeholders and collaborate with a team that genuinely loves what it does.</p><h2>🚀 What You'll Be Doing</h2><h3>Bring Campaigns to Life</h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Manage multiple creator campaigns from the initial brief through to launch, delivery and reporting.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Keep timelines, budgets, content approvals and deliverables moving.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Work closely with creators, clients and our internal teams.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Spot potential issues early and find solutions before they become problems.</p></li></ul><h3>Make the Numbers Work</h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Build creator pricing around CPV targets and expected performance.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Negotiate creator fees and manage campaign budgets with confidence.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Balance creative ambition with commercial performance.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Use campaign data to make smarter decisions and
