Backed by Voodoo, our team is fully focused on scaling BeReal into an iconic social network used by hundreds of millions.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h1>Role</h1><p style="min-height:1.5em">We are looking for a talented <strong>iOS Engineer</strong> to join our Monetization team, where you will focus on building and optimizing revenue-generating features while maintaining the authentic experience that makes BeReal special.<br /></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>You will be responsible for:</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable iOS monetization features (ads formats, sponsored content, premium features) in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Collaborating with cross-functional teams (designers, product managers, data analysts, backend engineers, adOps team) to build innovative monetization solutions that respect user experience.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Building the bridge between advertisers/partners and our users, ensuring monetization feels native and non-intrusive.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Optimizing performance and stability of monetization features to ensure seamless integration with the core BeReal experience.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Analyzing user behavior, A/B tests results, and business metrics to iterate on monetization strategies.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Ensuring a high-quality, authentic user experience through thoughtful technical solutions.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Contributing to and upholding best practices in code quality, design, and development processes.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Continuously innovating and improving the iOS tech stack (Swift, SwiftUI).</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em">You'll work alongside AI tools that amplify your creativity and streamline your day-to-day.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h1>Profile</h1><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong iOS programming skills (5+ years experience).</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Solid knowledge in Swift, SwiftUI and UIKit.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Familiarity with Clean Architecture principles and separation of concerns.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience building monetization features, ads products, or consumer-facing products is a strong plus.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Ability to understand and debug large, complex codebases.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Product mindset with a strong passion for clean interfaces, smooth animations, and interactions.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Interest for analytics and data-first mindset to measure impact and iterate.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong understanding
