The role will create an integrated view of demand, supply, inventory and third-party spend to secure critical supply, improve service, optimise inventory and working capital, reduce total cost and enable better commercial and operational decisions. Key spend categories include gases, valves, cylinders and containers, logistics, maintenance, repair and operations (MRO), and selected indirect categories. Working through a global matrix of regional Operations, Purchasing, Commercial and Finance teams, the role will establish common governance, data standards, category strategies and performance measures while enabling effective regional execution. The role operates through a global matrix structure.
