As Head of Finance, you will own finance end-to-end, laying the financial foundation for a scaling deep-tech hardware company – from reporting, controlling, treasury, and public funding to the financial infrastructure supporting global equipment deliveries.<br /><br />Reporting directly to the CEO, you will work closely with the leadership team, board, investors, and external partners to shape the company's financial strategy and operational excellence. This is a hands-on build role with a clear growth trajectory. Within your first 12–18 months, you will establish scalable financial processes, strengthen governance and controls, build a high-performing finance function, and create the foundation for international growth and future financing rounds.
