We build, deploy and operate expert robots with unique capabilities to automate commercial facility services at scale. We believe emergent capabilities in physical AI are unlocked by taking a straight shot to useful, performant robots deployed in the real world. We’re a tight team that takes initiative, operates with agency, and genuinely cares about doing outstanding work.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2>Your role</h2><p style="min-height:1.5em">Every robot we produce has to be prepared, shipped, deployed, operated, serviced and improved in the field. As Head of Operations, you own that end to end. You are the execution engine that customers and the rest of Loki rely on to make deployments happen, and you build the operations organization that keeps getting better at it: more automated, more productized and spread across more roles and geographies as we scale.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2>What you will be doing</h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Own deployment implementation: site assessments, customer kick-offs, onsite supervision, staff training, performance assessment and all customer communication along the way</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Run logistics for every deployment: fulfillment, shipping, import/export, compliance and coordination with the customer’s receiving side</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Build and run the operations organization: SOPs, scheduling, allocating operator bandwidth across deployments, testing and internal data collection, among others</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Work with our testing engineers on release, performance and quality assurance testing: reporting procedures, schedules and the bandwidth to execute them</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Relay what customers and field operations tell you back to product, GTM and R&amp;D</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Find operations bottlenecks and remove them, whether through a new process, a new hire, a change in structure or by killing a process entirely. Many ops tasks exist because a feature is missing or because that is how it has always been done. Your job is to delete, automate or productize them</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Hire, onboard and lead the operations team: define roles, onboarding, incentives, internal assessments and the KPIs that steer our operations organization</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Train partner operators and distributors in deployment operations as we expand</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2>What you should have</h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">5+ years in operations, field deployment, implementation or a comparable role combining management and execution-heavy tasks.
