Head of Product — PAM Platform

<p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>iGaming | B2B | Hybrid, London</strong></p><div style="min-height:1.2em;margin-top:0px;margin-bottom:0px"> </div><p style="min-height:1.5em">We are hiring on behalf of our client, an international iGaming technology company providing platform solutions for operators across multiple markets.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">The company develops its own casino and sportsbook platform, along with payment and affiliate products, and is now looking for a Senior Product Manager to take ownership of its core Player Account Management (PAM) platform.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">This is a senior product leadership role with significant influence across the business. The PAM platform is at the heart of the company’s ecosystem, processes millions of transactions daily, and supports multiple partners in real time.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>What you’ll do</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Own the long-term product vision and strategy for the PAM/core platform</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Define how the platform should evolve and lead its development</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Own and prioritise the product roadmap and key product investments</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Lead and mentor a small product team</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Work closely with a large cross-functional Core team, including Engineering, QA and Product</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Partner with Engineering on scalable, flexible and high-quality platform development</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Collaborate with Commercial, Customer Success, Compliance and Operations</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Use customer feedback, market insights, competitor analysis and product data to guide priorities</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Help strengthen the platform’s position in Tier-1 regulated iGaming markets</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Track product performance and business impact through relevant KPIs</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>What we’re looking for</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong Product Management experience within iGaming</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Hands-on experience with Player Account Management (PAM) or a comparable core iGaming platform</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Previous product leadership / people management experience</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience owning product strategy and roadmap for complex software platforms</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong ability to work with and influence Engineering teams</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Understanding of the wider iGaming platform ecosystem and its core components</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong stakeholder management skills</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Good English communication skills</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><
