This makes spend data the most honest record of how a company operates. This role owns that delivery, from sales handover through implementation, adoption and ongoing value. You'll report to the leadership team.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">You'll work directly with senior leaders at our customers, own our most important relationships, and build and lead the customer team as we scale. You'll have the autonomy to shape how Deducta delivers, and to make that model repeatable without losing quality.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>What you'll do</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Customer delivery:</strong> Own delivery end to end, from sales handover through implementation, adoption, value realisation and ongoing partnership.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Enterprise programmes:</strong> Translate customer objectives into clear workstreams, milestones, owners and dependencies, and keep complex programmes moving.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Senior relationships:</strong> Build trusted relationships with stakeholders from day-to-day programme leads through CPOs, CFOs and other executives.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Data and platform:</strong> Work directly with customer data and the Deducta platform, understanding each customer's business so our work produces meaningful insights and outcomes.</p&
