Constantly grow as you work hard for a mission that matters at a company where you matter.</p></div><h3><strong>Your Impact</strong></h3> <p>The HR Director will serve as a strategic partner to Axon’s Chief Revenue Officer and provide leadership within the Global Sales organization across a broad spectrum of HR disciplines including Talent Development, Org Effectiveness, Executive Coaching, Compensation, and Employee Relations. In addition, this role will be responsible for overseeing the development of Axon’s international People Operations function and local HR leadership support for all Axon operations across EMEA, APAC, and META. </p> <p>To be successful in this role you must understand organizational priorities and translate those into a talent strategy that enables the business to scale. You must leverage your global expertise and continuous improvement mindset, in order to build the foundational infrastructure required for our international People Operations function to scale.
