And beyond.</p><h1><strong>Mission</strong></h1><p style="min-height:1.5em">Alan is scaling internationally (900+ employees, 100+ healthcare professionals, 5+ countries) and needs IT Operations Specialists to own device security, SaaS platforms, identity &amp; access, and the daily IT experience of every Alaner, while contributing to build projects that remove operational toil.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">IT at Alan is more than just a helpdesk. Operations and support ('Run') take roughly 60% of your time initially, while the rest goes toward owning project-based initiatives ('Build') tailored to your experience level. <br />As you ramp up alongside senior engineers, your focus will naturally shift toward more build-focused work with wider impact.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">The scope below is what the team owns, not a checklist for one person.
