As part of our IT Project & Delivery Management (ITPDM) capability, you will create and deliver applications, processes, insights, and automation solutions that leverage modern cloud platforms. By aligning business and IT, you will help our clients achieve their strategic objectives and drive meaningful change.</p> <p>Your week as an ITPDM Consultant is dynamic and varied. You might spend one day at the client’s office, running workshops to align business needs with IT solutions. Another day, you could be analysing data and collaborating with your team at Valcon HQ or working from home to prepare reports and refine solution designs. Every few weeks, you join a collaboration day at the Valcon office to connect with colleagues, share updates, and learn from each other. Throughout the week, you’ll engage with stakeholders, contribute to project deliverables, and help drive impactful IT strategies.</p> <p><strong>Your responsibilites will include (but not be limited to):</strong></p> <ul> <li>Transforming business needs into innovative IT solutions by crafting user stories and intuitive designs.</li> <li>Analysing and improving business processes to drive digital transformation.</li> <li>Supporting the delivery and implementation of IT solutions, from concept to completion.</li> <li>Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful project outcomes.</li> <li>Managing IT delivery projects in agile, hybrid, or traditional environments.</li> </ul> <p>Each project brings unique challenges, giving you the opportunity to develop a broad skill set and make a real impact.
