In this role, you'll work alongside experienced data scientists and engineers to deliver actionable insights and build data-driven solutions across EDITED. You'll learn key methodologies, contribute to impactful projects, and develop your technical and analytical skills in a supportive environment.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>What You'll Do As A Junior Data Scientist:</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Deliver Data Science Projects:</strong> Assist in designing, building, and maintaining data science models and pipelines to solve core business problems.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Data Analysis & Exploration:</strong> Analyze complex datasets to extract meaningful insights, trends, and patterns supporting retail intelligence.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Collaborate & Learn:</strong> Work closely with senior team members, receiving mentorship and feedback to continuously refine your technical skills.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Cross-Functional Collaboration:</strong> Partner with product and engineering teams to integrate data products into production systems.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Maintain Data Quality:</strong> Validate and clean data sources to ensure high reliability and consistency across models and reporting.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Communicate Findings:</strong> Present project outcomes and analytical findings clearly to team members and key stakeholders.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>What You'll Bring:</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">A strong STEM degree (including Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics/Statistics, etc), or equivalent experience.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1
