With a team of 120+ brilliant individuals from around the world, we are actively shaping Yepoda's story every day.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Your Tasks:</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Manage daily procurement operations: Create, place and follow up on purchase orders, ensuring timely and accurate execution.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Coordinate with suppliers: Maintain regular communication regarding order confirmations, lead times and delivery schedules.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Ensure product availability: Monitor incoming deliveries, identify potential shortages and proactively address delays or supply disruptions.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Maintain accurate data: Keep purchase orders, supplier information and delivery dates up to date in our ERP system (NetSuite).</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Support inventory management: Align purchasing activities with demand forecasts, inventory requirements and stock availability.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Monitor procurement performance: Track relevant KPIs, including supplier delivery performance and product availability.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Resolve operational issues: Investigate discrepancies, coordinate solutions with suppliers and internal stakeholders, and escalate risks when necessary.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Contribute to continuous improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline procurement activities and improve process efficiency and data quality.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Your Profile:</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Ideally 2 years of relevant experience in procurement, purchasing or a related operational role.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">You work in a structured and reliable way, manage multiple priorities and consistently follow through on your tasks.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">You are comfortable working with numbers, identifying discrepancies and using data to support decisions.</p></li><li><p style=
