<p data-start="821" data-end="1397">As a Data Analytics Principal Consultant, you'll take a central role in supporting the continued growth of Capco's UK Data Practice. You'll lead complex data and analytics programmes across the Financial Services sector while mentoring talent, guiding clients and driving innovation across Cloud, AI and Machine Learning. You'll champion AI-enabled ways of working, helping clients and teams adopt modern approaches that improve productivity, accelerate insight and deliver measurable business outcomes, while ensuring responsible AI practices and appropriate human oversight.</p>
