As a Berlin-based healthcare startup backed by financially strong investors, we’re growing rapidly—and in this role, you’ll help drive that growth.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">As a <strong>Motion &amp; Graphic Designer (f/m/x)</strong>, you’ll join our marketing team, which we’re currently growing to 6 people, and report to our Head of Marketing. This role exists because we need higher production speed for <strong>fresh, channel-ready assets</strong>. What defines us as a team: <strong>fast execution</strong> instead of long approval loops, <strong>short decision paths</strong>, and plenty of room to try out and directly implement <strong>new ideas, formats, and AI tools</strong>.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">This role is deliberately set up as a <strong>hands-on craft role</strong>: you’re close to the pixels and the timeline, and you genuinely enjoy creating things yourself.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>What you'll do</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Performance Creatives:</strong> Create and iterate ad creatives for paid channels (social-native video, static and native ads), in close collaboration with performance marketing and based on performance data and feedback</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Brand Assets:</strong> Design visual assets for website, CRM and occasionally print, with a consistent visual identity across all channels</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Templates &amp; Design Systems:</strong> Evolve templates, design systems and creative libraries to keep production fast and on-brand</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>AI Workflows:</strong> Use AI tools to speed up ideation, production and variant development</p></li></ul><div style="min-height:1.2em;margin-top:0px;margin-bottom:0px"> </div><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>What you bring</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Training or degree in graphic, communication or media design or a comparable qualification, plus a portfolio with relevant work samples</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">3+ years of experience in a digital business, e-commerce, an agency or a fast-paced start-up, producing assets at a high output rate</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience across formats and channels, from graphics and video editing to motion graphics and social video for paid ads, website, CRM and print, including refining creatives based on performance feedback</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or comparable tools; Figma experience is a plus</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong affinity for AI tools (e.g. Midjourney, Veo, Runway, Creatify, Claude) and the drive to build them into your creative workflow</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Hands-on mindset with high ownership: you turn ideas into finished assets quickly, ha
