<h2>Your Mission</h2> <p>At ubitricity, we're helping shape the future of sustainable mobility. As our Roll-Out & Operations Manager Netherlands, you will play a key role in expanding and operating one of the largest public EV charging networks in the country. </p> <p>In this role, you'll bring together municipalities, service providers, installation partners and internal teams to ensure our charging infrastructure is delivered efficiently and operates reliably. You will coordinate a diverse network of stakeholders, solve operational challenges, and help create a seamless charging experience for thousands of EV drivers. You will be accountable for operational delivery excellence. </p> <p>Based in our Amsterdam office on Keizersgracht 452, you'll be part of an international, collaborative team that values trust, ownership and open communication. We work in a hybrid setup with three days per week in the office, balancing flexibility with meaningful in-person collaboration. Regular travel within the Netherlands will allow you to build strong relationships with partners and municipalities and make a tangible impact on the country's transition to sustainable mobility. </p> <h2>Your Responsibilities</h2> <ul> <li>Build and nurture strong relationships with municipalities, service providers and operational partners.</li> <li>Coordinate the successful roll-out of new public charging infrastructure across the Netherlands.</li> <li>Ensure a high level of operational performance, reliability and customer satisfaction across our existing charging network.</li> <li>Act as the primary operational contact for municipalities and other external stakeholders.</li> <li>Oversee reporting obligations and ensure compliance with concession agreements.</li> <li>Monitor partner performance and support continuous improvement initiatives.</li> <li>Coordinate operational topics across multiple internal teams and external partners.</li> <li>Identify and proactively resolve operational challenges.</li> <li>Analyse performance data and translate insights into improvements.</li> </ul> <h2>Your profile</h2> <h2>What You'll Bring</h2> <p>We know that great candidates don't always meet every requirement.
