You will take ownership of the day-to-day bookkeeping function while providing valuable support across the wider finance department.</p><p>This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, taking ownership and adding real value to a business. Alongside the core bookkeeping responsibilities, you will play an important role in <strong>improving financial processes, strengthening controls and helping to drive greater efficiency and accuracy across the finance function</strong>.</p><p style="min-height: 1.7em;"></p><p class="isSelectedEnd"><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Full bookkeeping duties</p></li><li><p>VAT return preparation and submission</p></li><li><p>Credit control</p></li><li><p>Inventory management</p></li><li><p>Bank reconciliations</p></li><li><p>Purchase and sales ledger management</p></li><li><p>Maintaining accurate financial records and assisting with month-end processes</p></li></ul><p class="isSelectedEnd"><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Proven experience as a Senior Bookkeeper</p></li><li><p>Experience preparing and submitting VAT returns</p></li><li><p>Excellent credit control skills</p></li><li><p>Ability to work independently while supporting the Financial Controller</p></li><li><p>Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills</p><p style="min-height: 1.7em;"></p><p class="isSelectedEnd"><strong>Location: London (onsite)</strong><br><strong>Commitment:</strong> 2 full days per week<br><strong>Start Date:</strong> ASAP<br><strong>Rate:</strong> £22.50 per hour (Self-Employed)</p><p style="min-height: 1.7em;"></p></li></ul><p>This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance professional seeking a flexible, part-time role with an immediate start.</p><p style="min-height: 1.7em;"></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:start;">Note: Our values promote a diverse, supportive, and inclusive work environment.
