We're building the world’s leading platform that powers donations to nonprofits globally.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">To keep our momentum and deliver consistently high value to our partners, we need incredible people to help us on our journey – <strong>we need you 🫵</strong></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h1><strong>Join us as People Operations Generalist to </strong>help us build a People function that is simple, dependable and ready to scale.</h1><p style="min-height:1.5em">Goodstack is growing quickly across multiple countries, and we need someone to take ownership of the day-to-day operations behind our employee experience.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">You'll work closely with the Head of People &amp; Culture, taking responsibility for the operational side of the function so that our people, managers and teams get the support they need.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">We're looking for someone who's brilliant with detail, takes ownership from start to finish, spots problems early, and enjoys finding simpler ways of working.</p><h2><strong>As People Operations Generalist, your mission will be to:</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Own day-to-day People operations across the employee lifecycle.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Prepare contracts, amendments, and employment documentation.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Run smooth onboarding, employee-change, and offboarding processes.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Maintaining accurate HRIS and employee data.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Coordinating our EOR platform and international employee administration.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Preparing payroll inputs and administering employee benefits.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Supporting immigration, sponsorship and right-to-work administration.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Acting as the first point of contact for routine employee People queries.</p></li><l
