Future.</span></div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div> <div> <div><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Montserrat, sans-serif;">We are looking for a super collaborative Product Manager to join our London team, to help grow one of Octopus Energy Group’s most exciting businesses and accelerate the driving public on their energy transition. </span></div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Montserrat, sans-serif;">We are building a whole new way for drivers to join the electric revolution. </span></div> <div><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Montserrat, sans-serif;">Not only can they learn about and shop for their EV online, but also experience a ‘lease for life’ through an industry-changing customer experience. </span></div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Montserrat, sans-serif;">The Product team is crucial in defining and bringing to market this vision while working hand in hand with all teams across the company to deliver it in record time.</span></div> </div> </div><br><strong>What you'll do...</strong><br><div> <li> <p>Define and deliver a prioritised roadmap of measurable outcomes</p> </li> <li> <p>Run regular user research and interviews to understand jobs to be done</p> </li> <li> <p>Test hypotheses through analytics, frequent shippable increments and iterative experiments</p> </li> <li> <p>Use data to identify opportunities and track success</p> </li> <li> <p>Demonstrate progress and direction of travel through storytelling and inclusive communication at every level of our business</p> </li> <li> <p>Leverage modern tooling, including AI, to accelerate time to value</p> </li> <li> <p>Collaborate company wide with high level of autonomy</p> </li> </div><br><strong>What you'll need...</strong><br><div> <li> <p>Strong experience as a Product Manager owning software products end-to-end&nbsp;</p> </li> <li> <p>Track record of delivery in fast-paced and cross-functional environments</p> </li> <li> <p>Proficiency with shaping workflows and tooling for internal teams</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong storytelling and relationship-building skills&nbsp;</p> </li> <li> <p>Fluency with SQL and product analytics</p> </li> <li> <p>Technical literacy and comfort collaborating with engineers</p> </li> <li> <p>Demonstrable ability to thrive in high freedom, high agency culture&nbsp;</p> </li> <li> <p>Interest in sustainability, green energy and zero-emissions transport.</p> </li> </div><br><strong>Any of the following would be a bonus </strong><br> <li> <p>Technical skills.
