Quality Engineer

Our mission is to forge industrial acceleration.</p><h3>The role</h3><p style="min-height:1.5em">Quality is where a precision factory earns its customers or loses them. This role owns quality control at our London factory, on parts going to aerospace, defence, energy and other critical industries.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">It is hands-on inspection and engineering judgement in equal measure. Beyond the bench, you will build the procedures and controls that let the factory grow without inspection becoming the bottleneck.</p><h3>What you'll do</h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Inspect parts entering QC after cleaning, running visual and dimensional checks with the right tooling.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Read drawings and part requirements correctly, and disposition rework and nonconforming parts.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Keep MasonOS and FlatBOM accurate.
