It’s a gadget with an awesome community that brings together millions of people around the world.<br />We're building new products:</p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="https://blog.flipper.net/flipper-one-we-need-your-help/"><strong><u>Flipper One</u></strong></a> — a full-featured ARM-based computer running Linux in a compact form factor, powered by the Rockchip RK3576 SoC.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="https://busy.app/"><strong><u>BUSY Bar</u></strong></a> — a smart productivity multi-tool that helps users stay focused and minimize distractions.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em">We're looking for a<strong> Performance Creative Designer</strong> with strong graphic design skills and experience using AI tools to create engaging advertising visuals for our products.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Create static and video advertising creatives for Meta, TikTok, and other digital platforms</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Turn briefs, concepts, references, and copy into high-quality visual assets</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Use AI image generation tools to create, enhance, and refine visual content</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Develop multiple creative variations for testing and optimization</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Adapt creatives to different formats and placements, including 1080x1920 and 1080x1350</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Integrate product renders and generated visuals into realistic scenes and compositions</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Ensure product accuracy, including the shape, proportions, buttons, screens, and other details of our devices</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Make revisions based on feedback and continuously improve creative output</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Explore new AI tools and workflows to improve the creative production process</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience in graphic design, digital advertising, or creative production</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong skills in Photoshop and familiarity with Figma</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Practical experience with AI image and video generation tools and workflows</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Video editing and motion graphic skills in Premiere Pro and After Effects</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Goo
