The role also oversees day-to-day finance operations, financial controls and external reporting, and provides line management and guidance to a finance colleague.</span></p><p style="min-height: 1.7em;"></p><p class="Paragraph SCXW246917265 BCX0"><span style="color:#121317">Driving automation and process improvement is a central part of the role, using digital tools and AI where appropriate to streamline workflows, automate reporting and reduce manual work.
