We share context openly, work across functions and borders, question defaults, and own our outcomes. Our People team runs on Dataiku too, with AI agents and automated workflows.</p> <h2><strong>The role</strong></h2> <p><strong>Location:</strong> EMEA - Remote · <strong>Reports to:</strong> Global Total Rewards Lead</p> <p>You’ll own Dataiku’s global benefits programs across all countries where we operate. The goal: benefits that help us win AI talent, feel consistent and fair wherever people work, meet local requirements, and stay financially sustainable.</p> <p>Our People function is lean and decentralized. You’ll set benefits strategy with the Global Total Rewards Lead, partner directly with Finance, Legal, Payroll and our brokers, lead day-to-day benefits operations, and have real autonomy. This is a builder role: you’ll challenge how benefits work today and use AI to make them simpler to run and easier for employees to use.</p> <h2><strong>What you’ll do</strong></h2> <ul> <li>        <strong>Shape the strategy.</strong> Define and evolve our global benefits philosophy with the Global Total Rewards Lead, balancing market competitiveness, consistency across countries and cost discipline.</li> <li>        <strong>Own the global portfolio.</strong> Design and manage health, retirement, insurance, leave and wellbeing programs across our entities and EOR countries, setting a clear global floor with smart local variation.</li> <li>        <strong>Run renewals and vendors.</strong> Lead annual renewals, broker and carrier relationships,
