They work with organisations on complex transformation initiatives, supporting them in the design and implementation of modern and innovative <strong>ServiceNow and AI solutions</strong>.</p><p style="text-align:start;">We are particularly interested in speaking with experienced professionals who combine strong <strong>ServiceNow and AI expertise</strong> with a strategic, consulting-oriented and customer-focused mindset.</p><p style="text-align:start;min-height: 1.7em;"></p><p style="text-align:start;"><strong>Your Responsibilities</strong></p><p style="text-align:start;">Depending on your background and area of expertise, your responsibilities may include:</p><ul><li><p>Designing and developing innovative <strong>ServiceNow and AI solutions</strong></p></li><li><p>Taking a leading role in the architecture, implementation and further development of <strong>AI-powered solutions and AI agents</strong></p></li><li><p>Developing intelligent AI agents that can interact with and support customers</p></li><li><p>Using previous customer and business expertise to support the development of effective customer-facing AI solutions</p></li><li><p>Translating complex business and customer requirements into scalable technical and AI-driven solutions</p></li><li><p>Working with modern <strong>AI technologies, Large Language Models and agent-based solutions</strong></p></li><li><p>Designing innovative solutions across customer service, CRM and customer experience environments</p></li><li><p>Working closely with customers, business stakeholders and technical teams</p></li><li><p>Contributing your expertise to complex AI, automation and digital transformation projects</p></li><li><p>Acting as a trusted advisor and supporting customers throughout the project lifecycle</p></li></ul><p style="text-align:start;min-height: 1.7em;"></p><p style="text-align:start;"><strong>Your Profile</strong></p><p style="text-align:start;">We are interested in candidates with a strong background in <strong>ServiceNow and Artificial Intelligence</strong>, ideally with experience in one or more of the following areas:</p><p style="text-align:start;min-height: 1.7em;"></p><ul><li><p>Several years of experience working with <strong>ServiceNow</strong></p></li><li><p>Experience with <strong>Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI or AI-powered solutions</strong></p></li><li><p>Experience developing or working with <strong>AI agents or agentic AI</strong></p></li><li><p>Experience with technologies such as <strong>Claude, Claude 4 or similar AI technologies</strong></p></li><li><p>Experience as a <strong>ServiceNow Architect, Technical Architect, Solution Architect, AI Architect or Senior Consultant</strong></p></li><li
