Staff AI Software Engineer

<p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Role</strong></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">We are looking for a software engineer to own the creation, design, and maintenance of agentic systems within the company. The role will require the candidate to apply the latest advancements in AI to build a fully agentic user experience on top of the company’s 3D visualization technologies and product catalog.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Drive the overall architecture of the company's AI systems.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Test and prototype the latest technologies being released within the AI space with an eye towards how they can be applied to our specific use case.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Build an agent to search the internet for information about products we’d like to ingest into our system then generate assets (3D, image, etc) for those products.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Build agents to determine information about a customer's space using video/photos from the customer and our reconstruction of the space.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Build a virtual interior designer to integrate information from our product catalog, user provided input, and spatial data to generate designs of spaces.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Deliver key features in coordination with the other engineers at the company.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Coordinate with stakeholders to conceptualize project timelines and evolving strategy.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">7+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience integrating AI into production applications with large and changing datasets.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience building frameworks to evaluate the performance of AI systems.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Familiarity with the latest advancements in AI models, tooling, and techniques.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong programming skills in TypeScript. Golang and Python experience a plus.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience with multi-agent system architectures and their applications in AI.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Ability to lead technical discussion and decisions, including framework selection.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Ability to clearly communicate with both technical and non-technical team members, especially explaining technical approaches, capabilities, and performance.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Enjoys working on small teams and evolving startup environments to devise creative solutions to complex problems.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Passionate about product and small details to deliver a delightful user experience.</p></li></ul><p>Find more <a href="https://www.arbeitnow.com/english-speaking-jobs">English Speaking Jobs in Germany</a> on Arbeitnow<
