In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and approving<strong> all new sales opportunities</strong>, along with <strong>processing software returns</strong>, and adjustments, all the while supporting the local <strong>Paris sales teams</strong> with <strong>administrative tasks post sales</strong>. You’ll need to thrive on complex problems and be a quick learner and team player to help keep this machine running.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>What you’ll be doing:</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Provide insight and support to members of the Sales teams for opportunity processing.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Review, consolidate and reconcile orders, contracts and payments. </p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Process hardware shipments.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Work with customers to resolve billing and subscription inquiries.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Review reports to monitor and boost team efficiency and streamline daily operations. </p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>And a little bit of.... </strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Ensure that sales meet financial and legal requirements.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Contribute to wider company initiatives, and projects outside of daily tasks.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Handle other duties and responsibilities as defined by management.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>What you need to bring:</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience in an administrative function</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience in a <strong>SaaS </strong>and/or<strong> technology-related field</strong></p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Knowledge of Mac OS X, iOS, G Suite,<a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="http://salesforce.com/"> Salesforce</a>, Zendesk, Slack</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Remarkable communication skills</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Perfect written and spoken French and English</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Team player who works collaboratively to achieve common goals</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">We know that people are more than what’s on their CV.
