This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to take ownership and deliver measurable results.</p> </div><br><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><br><div> <li> <p>Design, develop, and maintain highly performant, scalable, and secure PHP/NodeJS applications (+ other modules in Go/python) for our core backend engine</p> </li> <li> <p>Collaborate directly with Product Managers to understand requirements, define technical specifications, and deliver solutions that align with product goals.</p> </li> <li> <p>Work closely with the Infrastructure team to optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless deployment and operation.</p> </li> <li> <p>Lead by example in writing clean, well-documented, and testable code.</p> </li> <li> <p>Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.</p> </li> <li> <p>Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure adherence to best practices.</p> </li> <li> <p>Identify and implement opportunities for system optimization, refactoring, and technical debt reduction.</p> </li> <li> <p>Stay current with emerging PHP/NodeJS trends and technologies, recommending and implementing relevant advancements.</p> </li> </div><br><strong>Required qualifications</strong><br><div> <li> <p>Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or other relevant field,</p> </li> <li> <p>7+ years of experience as a backend Developer in a professional environment, with a significant focus on a backend language (PHP, Go, NodeJS, Java).</p> </li> <li> <p>Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects and demonstrating measurable impact on product performance or stability.</p> </li> <li> <p>Deep expertise in non-framework development and object-oriented programming principles.</p> </li> <li> <p>Ability to use AI tools (Claude) on all phases of the development (analysis, implementation, tests, cross-functional automations).</p> </li> <li> <p>Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), containerization (e.g., Docker) and Salesforce is a plus.</p> </li> <li> <p>
