The Sr BI Specialist serves as a senior full stack</p> <p>BI developer and subject matter expert within a business domain, partnering closely with the BI</p> <p>Manager, Central BI Team, and Data Engineering to set technical direction, mentor junior team</p> <p>members, and ensure solutions are designed and deployed in accordance with best practices and</p> <p>enterprise standards.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <p><strong>Analytics Strategy & Delivery</strong></p> <p>• Partner with BI Managers to shape and drive the analytics vision, strategy, and roadmap;</p> <p>independently lead workstreams and influence prioritization in alignment with organizational</p> <p>objectives.</p> <p>• Translate ambiguous business questions and problems into structured, scalable analytics</p> <p>solutions.</p> <p>• Rapidly prototype analytics solutions to gather early stakeholder feedback and iterate</p> <p>efficiently, reducing time-to-insight; serve as a model for agile delivery practices across the</p> <p>team.</p> <p><strong>Solution Design & Development</strong></p> <p>• Partner with Data Engineering to architect and implement end-to-end BI solutions — from</p> <p>data ingestion and modeling to visualization — setting technical standards and design</p> <p>patterns that scale across the team and enterprise.</p> <p>• Build performant, maintainable dashboards and reports using modern BI tooling (e.g.,</p> <p>DOMO, Tableau, Looker).</p> <p>• Own and optimize domain data models that underpin reliable, consistent reporting; conduct</p> <p>peer reviews to ensure quality and maintainability across the team’s solutions.</p> <p><strong>Standardization & Scalability</strong></p> <p&gt
