Senior Business Analyst – Digital Pension Solutions

<p><strong>Contract Duration:</strong> 1 October 2026 – 31 December 2027<br><strong><br>Project</strong> <br>Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst / Business Engineer to support the further development of its digital pension portfolio, including solutions related to: Pillar 3a, Vested benefits, Securities and investment solutions.<br>The main focus of the role will be on customer-centric requirements analysis, technical solution development, specification of features and user stories, and supporting implementation through to testing and acceptance. <br><br><strong>Your Responsibilities</strong> </p><p>• Analyse and specify requirements for digital pension solutions </p><p>• Support the further development of the digital pension portfolio </p><p>• Conduct workshops with business stakeholders, product management and specialist departments </p><p>• Develop customer-focused and technically feasible solution proposals independently </p><p>• Create and specify features and user stories </p><p>• Develop GUI prototypes in collaboration with UX/UI specialists</p><p> • Support and accompany the implementation of new features </p><p>• Coordinate and perform the acceptance of delivered functionality </p><p>• Ensure quality assurance and support the testing of new functionalities </p><p style="min-height: 1.7em;"></p><p><strong>Your Profile</strong> </p><p>• At least 5 years of professional experience in Business Engineering, ideally within the financial services or insurance industry </p><p>• Senior to Expert-level experience in Business Analysis / Business Engineering </p><p>• Experience with digital investment platforms, pension solutions or advisory solutions</p><p>• Strong methodological knowledge, for example: o BPMN o GUI prototyping o Story Maps </p><p>• Experience working in agile organisations, preferably with SAFe </p><p>• Strong analytical and conceptual skills </p><p>• Ability to translate business and customer requirements into practical and technically feasible solutions </p><p style="min-height: 1.7em;"></p><p><strong>Working Environment</strong> </p><p>You will work in a dynamic and agile environment as part of an interdisciplinary team and collaborate closely with:</p><p> • Product Management </p><p>• Portfolio Management </p><p>• UX/UI specialists </p><p>• Software Development teams Tools </p><p>• Jira </p><p>• Confluence </p><p>• Prototyping tools such as Figma</p><p style="min-height: 1.7em;"></p><p> <strong>Languages</strong> </p><p>• German: C2 / Near-native proficiency</p><p> • English: B2 / Upper-Intermediate level</p> <br> <p>Find <a href="https://www.arbeitnow.ch">Jobs in Switzerland</a> on Arbeitnow</a>
