Senior CRM (HubSpot) & Marketing Automation Expert (m/f/d)
<p style="text-align:justify;">As a Senior CRM & Marketing Automation Expert, you will be responsible for the continuous development of Quantum Systems' global CRM and marketing automation capabilities. You will further develop HubSpot, optimize customer journeys, improve lead generation, and establish data-driven marketing processes. You will work across Marketing and Sales to build a scalable growth engine. As the organization continues to grow, this role offers a development path into a team lead position.<br></p><h4><strong>What is your Day to Day Mission:</strong></h4><ul><li><p class="Paragraph SCXW267676920 BCX0">Own and continuously develop HubSpot as the global CRM platform.</p></li><li><p class="Paragraph SCXW267676920 BCX0">Design, implement and optimize marketing automation workflows.</p></li><li><p class="Paragraph SCXW267676920 BCX0">Create scalable lead nurturing, scoring and lifecycle programs.</p></li><li><p class="Paragraph SCXW267676920 BCX0">Support the Events and communications teams with CRM activities.</p></li><li><p class="Paragraph SCXW267676920 BCX0">Develop dashboards and KPI reporting to measure marketing performance and ROI in HubSpot and Power BI.</p></li><li><p class="Paragraph SCXW267676920 BCX0">Work closely with Website, Content and Social Media specialists to improve digital customer journeys.</p></li><li><p class="Paragraph SCXW267676920 BCX0">Collaborate with Sales, Program and Product Management to increase lead quality and conversion.</p></li><li><p class="Paragraph SCXW267676920 BCX0">Support the integration of our Digital Asset Management platform (Frontify) and other MarTech solutions where appropriate.</p></li><li><p class="Paragraph SCXW267676920 BCX0">Evaluate new marketing technologies and recommend improvements.</p></li><li><p class="Paragraph SCXW267676920 BCX0">Coordinate external implementation partners where required.</p></li><li><p class="Paragraph SCXW267676920 BCX0">Serve as the internal point of contact for CRM-related support across GTM teams.</p></li><li><p class="Paragraph SCXW267676920 BCX0">Maintain internal documentation and training resources for CRM processes and tools.</p></li></ul> <br> <h4><strong><br></strong></h4><h4><strong>What you bring to the team:</strong><br></h4><h4>Must have </h4><ul><li><p class="Paragraph SCXW26967649 BCX0">A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.</p></li><li><p class="Paragraph SCXW26967649 BCX0">5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, CRM administration, Marketing/Sales Ops, or a related role — ideally within a B2B tech, SaaS environment or B2G.</p></li><li><p class="Paragraph SCXW26967649 BCX0">Initial leadership experience (disciplinary or project leadership).</p></li><li><p class="Paragraph SCXW26967649 BCX0">Hands-on HubSpot expertise including workflow automation, lifecycle management, and data cleanup.</p></li><li><p class="Paragraph SCXW26967649 BCX0">Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn funnel and campaign data into actionable insights.</p></li><li><p class="Paragraph SCXW26967649 BCX0">Strong B2B Digital Marketing experience and Marketing Automation experience.</p></li><li><
