Senior Customer Success Engineer

This next chapter is about scaling smart, powered by AI, a clear vision and real ownership. </p><p style="min-height:1.5em">Big tech impact, without the big tech ick.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Role Purpose</strong></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">This role exists to unlock technical value for Mitti’s customers, designing and implementing solutions that ensure customers integrate deeply with the platform and realise measurable operational outcomes, while bridging the gap between Go-to-Market (GTM) teams and Product, Design & Engineering (PDE). They own end-to-end delivery of integration offerings within defined scope, timeline, and budget, escalating only where customer requirements exceed standard package boundaries.</p><div style="min-height:1.2em;margin-top:0px;margin-bottom:0px"> </div><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>What you'll do</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Own technical solution design for select customers, from scoping integrations and data workflows through to working implementations.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Build and maintain Workato integrations and automations that connect Mitti to customers' systems and trigger actions off events in the platform.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Deliver our standard Integration/Automation packages end-to-end (scope, build, test, handoff) on time and within the effort budget.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Advise customers and partners on integration architecture, and support CSMs and AEs with implementation plans and pre-sales technical questions (APIs, security architecture, cloud integrations).</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Act as the technical bridge between GTM, PDE and API & Integrations Engineering, routing customer integration feedback to the roadmap.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Spot recurring patterns and repeated "out of scope" requests across customers, and help turn them into packaged offerings, reusable automations and shared tooling in the Customer Solution & Implementation toolkit.<br /></p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>What you'll bring</strong></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><em>Integration and automation</em></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Hands-on experience building and maintaining automations in an iPaaS or workflow-automation platform, such as Workato or Zapier. </p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Proven track record of building and maintaining custom system-to-system automations (webhooks, REST APIs, OAuth, data mapping) triggered by events in a core platform, beyond configuring pre-built templates.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">You can speak in detail about an integration tool you've used: what you built, how it worked and the trade-offs.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><em>Custom code</em></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em&quo
