We believe the fastest way to grow is by doing, so we give you the ownership to run with things and see real-time results.<br /><br />We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join the Data team, which sits under Tech and Data.<br /><br /> This role is a 12 month FTC joining a team of experienced analytics engineers and managers to support the increasing Analytical demands across the business. In this role, you will:</p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Design, develop and maintain performant, scalable and best practice Tableau reports.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Collaborating with business users to understand their needs with the aim to automate identified manual processes, and create documentation.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Provide training and support to Tableau users.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Support and collaborate with 3rd party developers to ensure a successful migration from AWS Athena to Snowflake whilst representing the businesses needs.</p></li></ul><h2><strong>What we’re looking for 🌱</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Deep Expertise in SQL with experience working with modern Data Warehouses (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery).</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">A practical approach to problem-solving that balances high technical standards with key business priorities</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Expert in Tableau</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Exception
