Senior HR Tech Business Analyst – Workday & Process Optimization (m/f/d)

<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">At Flix, we offer a dynamic work environment with competitive pay, strong growth opportunities, and a tech-driven approach to making travel more accessible, sustainable, and affordable. &nbsp;</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">You will join Flix's<strong> People &amp; Organization Digital Transformation team </strong>to optimize how our global HR processes and technology work together.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">A</span><span style="font-size: 12pt;">s a hands-on<strong> Senior/Expert HR Tech Business Analyst (m/f/d)</strong>, you will bridge HR operations and our internal Workday technology team, combining strong HR domain expertise with practical Workday knowledge to simplify processes, improve data quality and enable greater self-service across our global organization.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">You will support day-to-day Workday tech requests, lead process gap analysis and redesign, and translate HR requirements into feasible solutions in close partnership with our Workday tech team.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">The role reports to the Head of Digital Transformation and works closely with People Operations, People Partners, process owners, our internal Workday technology team, FlixTech and other stakeholders globally.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">This role is <strong>based in Berlin (hybrid model</strong>) Given the global scope, regular collaboration with colleagues across European, APAC and US time zones is required.<br></span></p> <p><strong><span style="font-size: 24pt;">About the Role</span></strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 1.4;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Drive Workday process optimization</strong> across the hire-to-retire lifecycle, conducting as-is/to-be gap analyses, challenging existing ways of working and designing scalable HR processes, including employee and manager self-service, in partnership with process owners and our Workday technology team</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 1.4;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Perform hands-on Workday operational activities</strong> within an approved access and governance framework, including organizational and position management, job requisitions, security assignments, data corrections, approved EIB uploads, bulk data maintenance and support other HRIS maintenance &amp; changes</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 1.4;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Translate business needs into Workday tech requirements</strong>, leveraging your knowledge of Core HCM, Business Process Framework, security, reporting and system capabilities to develop functional specifications, process maps, user stories and acceptance criteria for technical implementation</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 1.4;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Drive business-side delivery of HRIS improvements</strong>, partnering with our Workday Tech team on configuration and security, while coordinating testing, UAT, release readiness, documentation, change management, Workday user trainings and adoption</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 1.4;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Define integration needs from the business side. </strong>Capture which data needs to flow between Workd
