<li>Architect and evolve scalable, secure cloud infrastructure</li>
<li>Define infrastructure standards and long-term technical direction</li>
<li>Drive cost optimisation and performance improvements</li>

<li>Own uptime, SLAs, and incident management practices</li>
<li>Lead post-incident reviews and systemic improvements</li>
<li>Define monitoring, alerting, and observability strategy<strong> </strong></li>

<li>Lead Infrastructure as Code maturity and governance</li>
<li>Improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment reliability</li>
<li>Enable engineering teams through better tooling and platform capabilities</li>

<p><strong>Must-haves</strong></p>
<li>5–8+ years in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering</li>
<li>Deep AWS and cloud architecture expertise</li>
<li>Strong Infrastructure as Code experience</li>
<li>Proven ownership of complex, production systems</li>
<li>Strong systems thinking and problem-solving ability</li>
<li>Ability to influence teams and drive technical decisions</li>
<p><strong>Strong signals</strong></p>
<li>Kubernetes and container platforms at scale</li>
<li>Experience with high-availability SaaS products</li>
<li>Exposure to compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2)</li>
