<h1><strong>👷🏻‍♀️ What we do 👷🏻‍♀️</strong></h1><p style="min-height:1.5em">At Emidat, we are building the first climate-native product management system for building material manufacturers.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">Emidat aims to decarbonise building materials, making up 11% of global GHG emissions. We collect data from physical production processes, generate a digital product passport with verified environmental data and make it usable along the value chain. In short: <strong>One solution to assess, design, buy, sell and manage products - with environmental impact at the core.</strong></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">Embodied carbon is emitted on day zero and can never be reduced later, while global floor area is set to double by 2060. You own the full chain from methodological question to working software solution and take ownership of the team's most complex methodological and technical challenges. You make sure each new product category, market and verification takes less time and effort, working with high autonomy and high accountability.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">As an early senior member of a fast-growing climate-tech company, your career trajectory is entirely in your hands. Exceptional early joiners are primed for future Team Lead and leadership positions.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>In the first 6 months, you will</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Lead strategic projects: </strong>Take full ownership of complex, ambiguous projects such as new markets, program operators or complex product categories. Define requirements, navigate trade-offs, delegate across the team and drive delivery.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Shape the product core: </strong>Work closely with our software engineers to translate environmental science and ISO/EN standards into clean, scalable software requirements, and propose complete implementation strategies for whole concepts, not individual features.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Scale our LCA work:</strong> Reduce the time and effort for recurring work such as tool verifications, new product category implementations and matching, through automation, reusable standards and better processes.
