<div>Directly reporting to the Chief Legal Officer, your main tasks will be focused around Corporate law as follows:</div><br><strong>What you'll be doing?</strong><br>
<li>Handle the Company corporate transactions including funding, M&A, investment, and other strategic operations in a substantive fashion (e.g., structuring corporate documentation, due diligence participation, negotiation of investment agreements, post-closing formalities).</li>
<li>Handle corporate secretary for the French entity and its 8 worldwide subsidiaries and ensure compliance with local corporate law.</li>
<li>Manage our ESOP plans distributed to our collaborators worldwide and associated formalities</li>
<li>Assist in developing and executing legal strategy regarding group structuration and setting up new entities around the world.</li>
<li>Provide corporate advices to the founders and and different stakeholders of the company</li>
<li>Proactively collaborate with the finance team and our outside counsels.</li>
