If you believe the best way to do your job hasn’t been invented yet, you’ll fit right in.</p></div><p></p> <h3 class="mt-3 -mb-1 text-[1.125rem] font-bold">About the Role</h3> <p class="font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal">Based remotely and reporting to the Sr. Vice President, Global Logistics, the Senior Manager, Continuous Improvement will play a critical leadership role in driving cost savings, service improvement, and operational excellence across SharkNinja's Operations organization. This individual will own the visibility, governance, and execution of initiatives that reduce cost, improve service, and unlock scalable efficiency across the business.</p> <p class="font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal">This role partners cross-functionally with Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, Sales, Planning, and other key stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and deliver high-impact opportunities across the Operations expense base.
