You’ll own how we reconcile client cash and assets, and how we help our clients report their customers’ tax correctly, as we grow across Europe.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">Our European strategy has two parts. First, we’re going deep in Ireland, building a full proposition with the products, tax wrappers and pensions that Irish firms and their clients need. Second, we’re building the foundations to spread at speed into more European countries, with a focused offering for each market rather than a rebuild every time we enter a new one. The Tax and Recs squad makes both possible: we can only grow if our reconciliations hold up under regulatory scrutiny and our tax engine is something clients can trust.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">You won’t be joining a finished roadmap.
