You will be the voice of competition, the buyer, and the message across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Product. And as proud members of 1% for the Planet, we care about how we grow, not just how fast.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2><strong>What You Will Do</strong></h2><h3>Competitive Intelligence</h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Own competitive intelligence end-to-end: track competitors, draft the insight, and turn it into positioning.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Build and maintain battlecards, objection handling, and playbooks for Sales and Marketing.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Partner closely with Sales and Product leadership to ensure content is used, measurable, and effective.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Set up a feedback loop between Sales, Marketing, and Product, and bring market input into roadmap discussions.</p></li></ul><h3>Buyer Personas</h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Create and maintain buyer personas for our key audiences.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Ground them in customer research, win-loss, and sales input.
